Upon completion, your company will be fully registered and ready to operate in Saudi Arabia. You will receive:
- Saudi Ministry of Investment (MISA) license
- Establishment contract for your Saudi branch
- Saudi Commercial Registration (CR)
- Saudi Zakat (Tax Authority) registration
- Riyadh Chamber of Commerce account

Document preparation
You gather and attest the required documents; we review them for completeness.
MISA licensing
We submit your application to the Ministry of Investment and obtain your investment license.
Company registration
We draft the establishment contract and issue your Saudi Commercial Registration.
Final registrations
We complete your Zakat registration and Riyadh Chamber account.

To begin, please prepare the following documents. Each document must be attested by the Saudi Embassy in your company's country of origin.
Embassy attestation confirms your documents are legally valid for use in Saudi Arabia. We guide you through this step β including whether your documents first require notarization or Ministry of Foreign Affairs authentication in your home country.
