Frequently asked questions

Common questions

Do I need to travel to Saudi Arabia during the process?
In most cases, no. The Power of Attorney authorizes us to act on your behalf for the establishment steps. Certain activities may later require a representative, which we will flag in advance.
What is MISA and why do I need a license from them?
MISA (the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia) issues the foreign investment license that legally permits a non-Saudi entity to own and operate a business in the Kingdom. It is the first formal step of establishment.
Can I own 100% of my Saudi company?
In most sectors, yes β€” Saudi Arabia permits 100% foreign ownership for many activities. A small number of activities have ownership conditions or require a local partner; we will confirm this for your specific activity.
Are the government fees really included?
Yes. The fee covers our service fees and the government fees required to obtain the documents listed in "What you'll receive." Optional services and any sector-specific regulatory fees are separate.
How long does the whole process take?
Across the four phases, the work typically takes around 5–9 weeks once your attested documents are ready. Document preparation in your home country is usually the biggest variable.
